I reached out to Bill for some basement water issues. The entire experience was great from start to finish. The price was fair, and he and his team were courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with! The crew was efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. Bill and his team were great. Bill came and did an inspection on the basement of our new house while we were in the buying process. He gave some great suggestions that helped us negotiate the price, and when his team came to do the work after we bought the house, they were kind and hardworking. It was clear that Bill wanted us to get the best result, while also not spending more money than we needed to.
