Im really happy to recommend Superb. They installed a fence last year and due to the weather, hot/cold/hot etc and the amount of sun one side of the fence gets a few planks started to warp. Superb came out and replaced them at no cost to us. We also had a contractor for another job cone out and actually broke the lock on our fence which Superb also fixed at no cost to us. They have been great to work with and have done several jobs for us.
Austen and Dakota were easy to work with, from the day they came out to look at my property for a quote to the day after the fence installation. Austen answered all my questions timely. My fence looks great!
Casey quickly responded to my request for a quote and came out to assess the project. He not only gave me a quote for the work, but also asked questions about things I hadn't considered when planning. Things like drainage and positioning to insure the fence posts last us for years. Casey clearly cares about his handiwork and about making sure the customer will be happy not only at the end of the project, but decades down the line. The project manager was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. They built my deck and new fence in a timely manner, as well as did a couple of interior jobs for me.
Can’t say enough good things about these guys and this company!! Everyone I worked with from the owner, to the sales guys, to the project manager, and even the hands on installers were attentive to all my questions and needs. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys if you need anything from a fence repair all the way up to an entire new fence like myself. They are professional and efficient in what they do. Great job guys!!
