Recently my family relocated to South Carolina from Illinois to a rental property, site unseen. There was water damage in the kitchen and our rental company hired Steam Systems to fix the issue. We recently moved into our new Columbia office and quickly realized the carpets were in dirtier than what was in the photos. They were stained, dirty, and clearly overdue for a deep clean.
