Great experience with Collin's team at Signature Exteriors. We were unaware that we had hail damage from a previous storm until they inspected our roof and provided us with a photo report showing every issue with our roof. After we made the decision to file an insurance claim, Collin showed up early to meet our insurance representative to inspect the property and then walked us through the entire process of getting our roof and gutters replaced. Recently had our roof inspected by Collin after having multiple companies tell me the only option was replacing my entire roof. Instead of trying to force a sale for a roof replacement, he let me know all available options that could hold us over until next year while still letting me know the roof needed to be replaced. He completed a few repairs on the spot for a great cost and let me know he would come out after every major storm to inspect again.
