Called restoration 1 at about 8pm last Tuesday when I noticed my walls ‘crying’ from what we found to be an ice dam on my roof. The owner answered the phone right away, which I was surprised since it was late, he went through a slew of questions to try to analyze what was going on at the time and told me he would be there first thing in the morning with a crew of guys. The whole Restoration 1 team was great and very professional. Austin was a great leader with the project, he was available whenever I had any questions regarding the mitigation process. Brandon is a great guy too, always made time when I had questions in regards to the insurance claim. All around great experience, would recommend them highly!
Everyone who came and worked on my home was phenomenal. Austin was always available if I had questions and made everything go smoothly. The cleaning done was of such high quality. My insurance adjuster was even surprised and impressed with their work and told me so. Highly recommend Restoration 1 of Waterbury.
