After a nightmare of a night, Recon was there immediately to start work and put my worries at ease. Josh, Conner, Caden and Christian each made sure to jump on the issues, apologized that I was experiencing my situation, and took care of everything from start to finish…they even answered any questions I had over the weekend. Absolutely phenomenal professionals that stayed on top of everything for 2 weeks! I hope I never have to see them again in these circumstances, but I’ll know exactly who to call!
Had a back up in a pipe which caused flood in the basement of our home Josh and his crew at recon were out the same day to start the remediation process. Josh kept great communication keeping us up to date on the progress and processes needed to get everything back to safe condition.
