Mero and Shaun were very respectful in my home. Good customer service and listened to my concerns. They removed water damaged and whatever mold that was developing from my house. Definitely would recommend them Above and Beyond Service!!

After calling our insurance company for a flooded bathroom and hallway at 11pm Puroclean called us back right away. After discussing the issues, it was decided that we could wait till morning for them to come out. (mold won't set in in AZ for 72 hours). They arrived on time that next morning, extracted water and set up their fans. They came back every day on time for the next 3 days until the carpet and padding was dry. The guys were very nice, knowledgeable and got the job done.

Shaun and Roemaro were very prompt and professional in appearance and attitude. All mitigation activities were explained and executed with care and cleanliness being very apparent. Most impressive was the prompt service, given the pipe burst incident began in the afternoon of Dec 31st , with Puro Clean on site that late afternoon. All routine followup visits were scheduled at the end of a visit and anounced by phone 30 minutes before the next scheduled arrival. Thanks for your great service Puro Clean!

Came out after hours to set up. Got everything dried up quickly. Mero was very consistent, coming out daily to check on the progress of the moisture. Overall a great experience

I had a severe flooding in my master bedroom closet, cuased by the neighboring unit. Very stressful situation, but Ramiro and Shawn were so helpful and reassuring that it made the whole ordeal bareable. Both of them answered any and all questions I had, no matter what time of day. Very nice and respectful guys. Keep up the good work guys.
