When my dishwasher leaked and caused significant damage, Frank and his team made the entire experience so much easier. He managed the process from start to finish, including coordinating movers to pack up my condo, arranging a storage pod, flooring repairs, water remediation, cabinet repair, and so many other things. Frank communicated directly with my insurance company, which took a huge burden off my shoulders. He was responsive and communicative throughout and made a stressful situation as painless as possible. Thank you!

Highly recommend. Honest and professional! Our dehumidifier overflowed onto our basement vinyl panel floor, and water sat for a few days before we realized it. Afraid that water had penetrated the flooring and was growing mold, we called PuroClean. Rich from PuroClean came to assess our situation - he was experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. Our water heater ruptured while we were on vacation. To make matters worse the water heater is in the kitchen pantry and water ran under our wood floor and caused it to buckle. My insurance company told me I needed a mitigation company & put us in touch with PuroClean of Wakefield. Frank responded quickly, made a site visit, and scheduled the work. WE were away when a pipe burst and water flooded our kitchen/family rooms for days. We called several companies and decided to hire PuroClean. So happy we did! From the office to the demo team - all were fantastic. The owner, Frank, treated us/home like it was his. I would like to recommend this business. Frank and his team did an excellent job. Unknown to me, my dishwasher had been leaking and damaged my subfloor. It's not just the great job they did, it is Frank. He really went the extra mile and he really cared about what we were going through. He helped us find a contractor to replace the floor, he was with us every step of the way. We felt we had a friend.

I cant say enough GREAT things about Frank and his team!!! I have 3 babies under 5 and woke up to 5 inches of water flooding my entire basement. Frank came in with such professionalisom and with such a sense of urgency. He made my husband and I feel like we instantly knew him for years!! When you are in a situation like this there is no one else id rather call!! I URGE everyone who needs help with a catostrophic cleanup to call PuroClean!!

We were super grateful that PuroClean was available when our basement flooded. From there we were left scratching our head a lot. After the power came back on they set up their equipment to drain the water out. We watched through the window as they tried to get their equipment to work. It took awhile. Be careful with Puro Clean. They answered there phone and immediately sent someone out to look at my job and then got me a quote. When told wanted to proceed they wanted to contact insurance to make sure they were going to pay. Frank and Molly were adamant about getting it touch with them. So that information was provided to them and insurance as they had stated all along agreed for payment.
