I had a great experience with PuroClean. Mark was honest, knowledgeable, and truly knows his stuff. I initially contacted him for mold remediation, but he was upfront and explained that replacing the floorboards was the better solution. He didn’t try to upsell or take advantage. He focused on getting to the root of the problem instead. I really appreciated his integrity and transparency. I would definitely recommend Mark and PuroClean.

Mark was so incredibly helpful for us! We were worried our wooden interior/storm windows combo with wooden siding had developed a dangerous version of mold. However! Mark not only analyzed the situation, he then shared with us that it is typical of this area and even gave a thorough “class” on different molds and how to differentiate them. He provided awesome advice for how to clean and with what products. Puroclean gave us great peace of mind for the health and safety of our home. Thanks Mark!!!

We are currently dealing with a very complicated construction defect issue and trying to find a company that can help . Unfortunately, our specific situation was outside of Puroclean's scope. These guys are true professionals and are so incredibly hardworking to get the job done! We had them work on a humidity issue in our crawl space and they made multiple visits to address the issue and saw it through to completion. Quick, timely, and very responsive. Give this team a call!

10/10 would rehire and recommend. This company was professional, prompt and reasonable. Aaron took the time to explain the process and address all of our questions. The job was thorough and we are very pleased with the results. We also got recommendations for other projects which was a big help. It was a great experience working with PuroClean.
