We came into our Atlanta office the morning after a major storm and found several inches of water pooled in our conference room. The carpet was completely soaked, and the bottom portion of one wall was already starting to warp and show signs of water damage. We called PuroClean of South Atlanta, and they responded right away. The PuroClean team came in and did an incredible job! They were meticulous in properly boxing up our items, being sure to label each box so we knew what it contained. I would recommend their services to anyone...you won't be disappointed!
I would like to take the time to thank Mr. Bob and Crystal for making my life much easier. Our hot water heater busted in the basement, which was hard because many of the items were our grandparents. Bob came in, walked around, looked them over, and watched them, then went to work on everything I needed to do. Crystal is a bomb-packer. She made everything look new and packed it nicely. She took very good care of the china set my grandma had. Thanks so much !!!!
I'm a pretty tough customer and I would, without hesitation, unequivocally endorse Bob and the PuroClean team. My home flooded on Memorial Day. Bob Barnette arrived at my house, on a holiday, with equipment in tow, in less than 2 hours. I'm not accustomed to that level of service and customer focus...on a holiday.
