I had a very positive experience with PuroClean of Ridgewood. Cadell and his crew were outstanding from beginning to end. They were attentive, respectful of my home and belongings, and made an overwhelming situation feel much more manageable. What stood out most was their communication and the care they took every step of the way. We had a major water damage emergency in the middle of the night and after calling several companies, PUROCLEAN RIDGEWOOD was the only one that responded immediately. Cadell answered our call around 2 AM and had a crew at our home in less than 45 minutes. They were professional, fast, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Seamless experience. Fast service, knowledgeable staff. They came out the same day when I called them for an estimate and had the job done within a week. I reached out to other companies that came out to quote the job and never returned my calls or ever sent an estimate.
