We experience a sudden water event on a Saturday morning. I was able to get a plumber to stop the problem, but still had a wet carpet and pad loaded with water. I was able to get in contact with Steve at Puroclean. He came that day, evaluated the situation and provided a quick quote. I hired PuroClean to come out to clean my father’s home after he passed away unexpectedly. There was a lot of biohazard substances that needed to be cleaned as well as basic cleaning in multiple rooms. They took amazing care of his home and were very respectful with his belongings. My insurance agent recommended PuroClean to manage and complete the remediation work resulting from a water pipe that busted in the kitchen. I had the walls in my home cleaned from nicotine smoke of 20 years. Bryan did a wonderful job leading his crew and removing layers of nicotine. They extended their estimated time from 4 to 5 days in order to go over the tougher stained areas. Bryan remained in touch throughout the process and was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend PuroClean. I also appreciated the owner, Mr. Crane for ensuring we were happy with the results. It was such a breath of fresh air to connect with a man of faith.
