The entire crew that came to support my remediation was nothing short of AMAZING--from Wendy who did the initial call, contracts, and follow up, to Eddie who did incredible inspection work and explained everything every step of the way (always available by phone, too), to Stephanie and David who also went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right and done fast. I highly--like Mt. Everest highly--recommend them. I hope I never have water damage again, but if I do, I know who to trust and who to call.

Adam at PuroClean of Marysville has saved us on 3 seperate occassions and we will never use anyone else! First time, we had a leak from a refrigerator ruin our kitchen floor. Second time, huge water damage from a bad contractor who didn't secure our roof and rain poured inbetween our walls for months, causing mold contamination on 2 levels of our home. Called them for an estimate on cleaning a commercial property that had waste left by the previous tenant. Came out within a day to look it over and had the estimate same day. A few days later they came out and went to work! Originally said it would take 3 days but knocked it out all in 1 day which made the current tenant extremely happy and us as well. Crew was very professional and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any restoration or deep cleaning services!

We had a bathroom flood upstairs and our insurance company sent us PuroClean as an option for cleanup and demo of the water damage. I called, and they were at the house within an hour! Amazing! Great communication, professional and knowledgeable, everything one could ask for with this type of service. I would recommend PuroClean with hesitation.

We love Puroclean! They responded to us immediately when we found black mold in our dog room. Since we have never experienced this, it was very upsetting to us and the dogs. Team PuroClean in Marysville was amazing in helping us resolve the flooding disaster beneath our house. They very promptly made it out to our home on San Juan Island, analyzed the situation, did the proper clean up and treatment and placed a large number of fans in the area to dry everything out. Unfortunately, we had water damage at home caused by a leaking refrigerator. This had gone on for almost a year that caused our wood floors to warp and pop off. Our insurance contacted Puro Clean and they came to the house immediately. The young man and his apprentice ripped out the existing floors and installed multiple fan units to dry our subfloors for two weeks. They came everyday to check on the units. PuroClean of Marysville are amazing at what they do! We had a leak in our garbage disposal that we feared had completely damaged the bottom of our cabinet and sub floor. We called PuroClean after the plumber fixed the problem owner came in the very next day to assess the damage. After checking for moisture he determined that the water had not reached the sub floor and the cabinet with being dried with humidifier could salvaged.
