PuroClean of Hiram did a phenomenal job! Shane and his crew were top notch professionals and were very thorough in all that they did. I had water damage in my basement, and not only did PuroClean remove and completely dry all of the damaged areas, but they also found the source of the damage! Shane and his crew were EXCEPTIONAL don't the mold removal i had in my crawlspace. Very curious, professional, and on time! He communicated with me about the process and stuck to what he said. I also own a Plumbing Company. Shane at PuroClean is my referral to my customers that have water damage or mold that I may find from my plumbing calls. I trust him and his crew at my home, and my customers homes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Unfortunately you never want to be in a position where you need to call a fire restoration company but if you need too, I cannot recommend more calling PuroClean of Hiram. After months of dealing with other vendors, we were able to get PuroClean out to take a look at our contents that had been involved in a house fire. We had a Short Term Rental to flood super late at night. We called PuroClean of Hiram and they came to help us at 1am in the morning. You don’t find companies like this these days. It was an emergency situation and they stepped into action to help us get the water dried up before we lost 3 levels worth of flooring and furniture. If there are 10 stars will definitely marked it as 10/10. Being a first time home buyer it’s expected to have some issues at home. When we find out we have mold problem. I posted on Facebook if they have anyone who handles water damage restoration And Puro Clean was recommended highly. I reached out to Shane and he answered his phone so quickly.
