I definitely don’t recommend. I was assigned to them by my insurance and it was a nightmare experience. Our 1-2 week job took nearly 5 months to complete, but they were very expedient in getting me to sign the check from my insurance. I had to act as the project manager because the communication was abysmal. It was clear that they were squeezing us in between other jobs. PuroClean was the restoration company that our HomeOwner's Insurance Company sent when we lost nearly half of our home to a broken water pipe (to a tankless hot water tank) in our attic, that burst and leaked. They arrived within an hour of our contacting our Insurance Company and got right to work to #1: stop the leak and #2: clean up all the water and #3: to clean up the destruction (ceiling fell down to the floor). I have been waiting 2 weeks for my roof to get fixed. On Friday they finally came and took everything apart and told me they would come out the following Monday to finish up the job and the pictures below are how they left it looking and the job never got finished. I called to see what was going on and was met with a rude lady on the phone who told me that there are other people before me who are a priority. I was really impressed with the team at PuroClean. We had a leak in the roof above my son's room. My son has autism and was upset, but Adam and Albert and crew rushed to get the job done and my son was back in his room in no time without sacrificing attention to detail. From Melodee working the appointments to Brad and Steve building up the room and even installing the fan and Paco creating the textured ceiling to perfection. I would highly recommend thier services. Thank to John for assembling a team of professionals.

Amazing! I don't even know where to start. PuroClean is fast, efficient, professional and responsive. Everyone from Adam and his crew to the office staff were on the same page which is refreshing. We have used other companies in the past for water damage claims and PuroClean blew them out of the water. I will never use anyone else. Highly recommend without reservation.
