Therapy was definitely something that I was embarrassed to admit that I needed, but once I actually went and did it I realized that my decision probably saved my life. Mr. Foley got rid of so much of my underlying anxiety I can’t believe I can actually live my life again. I want to let others know that it’s okay to admit you need help.
