Preston, Cam and the ENTIRE CREW was wonderful from start to finish. The initial estimate/consultation with Preston was great and they were so considerate, friendly, and took the time to explain why they were doing what they were doing and how they were going to do it. The scheduler was very kind and listened to my concerns, and passed them along to the appropriate people. The supply delivery went without a hitch. I had ongoing issues with NextGen over several months, and the experience was far more frustrating than it should have been. It started when their sales representative promised that an exhaust for a new bathroom fan would be included with the roof at no additional cost. He said it was simple and they would be happy to do it real quick. When the contractor arrived, he stated it was not on his work order and they would not do it. Michael and Trey were driving by our house and saw my husband on a ladder getting helicopters from the gutters. They turned around and offered to do it for him. He is 85. They did a great job and we appreciate it so much. They also inspected the roof while they were here. Very nice men and very professional.

These guys are awesome! We had an insurance claim denied for our roof after some shingles were blown off last year. Steven and Josh came out and after talking with my insurance they were able to get my roof replaced and even got me new gutters! Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend NextGen restoration.
