Steven was super friendly and a knowledgeable. Did an inspection and told us exactly what was wrong with our roof and what he recommended needing done. Did some repairs and will definitely be going through him when we need our roof fully replaced.
I had ongoing issues with NextGen over several months, and the experience was far more frustrating than it should have been. It started when their sales representative promised that an exhaust for a new bathroom fan would be included with the roof at no additional cost. He said it was simple and they would be happy to do it real quick. When the contractor arrived, he stated it was not on his work order and they would not do it. After the hail storm in September destroyed my roof i reached out to several contractors none of them were prompt in reaching out to me to come look at the roof. Next gen was in my neighborhood repairing my neighbors roof. Steve and Josh came over and said they had noticed the damaged and ask if i would be interested in an estimate. Michael and Trey were driving by our house and saw my husband on a ladder getting helicopters from the gutters. They turned around and offered to do it for him. He is 85. They did a great job and we appreciate it so much. They also inspected the roof while they were here. Very nice men and very professional.
