So we moved into our first home last year and of course we ended up having a roof leak- well more like a leak from our hvac flue- located on the roof. We had two options-Our home insurance agent recommended someone and he didn’t know what the heck he was doing and the hvac was out of his area of expertise. I had a great experience working with Mark from Nexgen! He helped me identify and fix an issue with my roof in a timely manner for insurance purposes. From the start he was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative! He took the time to explain everything clearly for me and his attention to detail gave me confidence in the process. NextGen they did great job above and beyond. Including site managers, support teams, our roof and gutter teams of course office teams so many names i did not remember they did awesome job. It was so difficult dealing with state farm but NextGen team they did fight for us and we did win after took 1.5 years. If are you looking for roof company i did highly suggest work with NextGen than you will see big difference. Thank you so much all of the people finished up our project.

Valerie is spectacular in every possible way! I have a new roof, garage, gutters... and she was able to get all of it covered by my insurance company. She was able to get my neighbors roof covered as well! Now everyone in my neighborhood wants to jump on board. Great communication, follow-through.. a seamless project from start to finish.
