Two failures and that was just while trying to get an estimate. Made an appointment for an estimate. Representative didn’t show and I tried to call. It’s pretty obvious they use a third party call center. That can be OK, but in this case, I could not get any answers from the call center. The representative finally called and genuinely apologized for missing the appointment. Against my better judgment and gut feeling, I agreed to continue trying to get an estimate.
