Home Life contracted this exterior renovation job in February of 2023. It completed in early November of 2023. All construction work was provided by Subs. A one year exterior waranty was promissed on the structure including the staining/chalking. Due to last years Hurricane the warranty work was averted. Mostly Chalking/touchup & staining decks are stil awaiting attention. To date Contractor or sub /painter have yet to respond to requests to complete their responsibilities. Cautious recomendation.
Homelife replaced my deck this past Spring. I’m so pleased with my new deck! They resolved safety issues with the previous deck I was not aware of. Everyone I dealt with there was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. This is a top notch company to deal with and you won’t be sorry you chose them for any project you want done!
