I had a new roof installed approximately 4 years ago. Colby helped us deal with our insurance company on completing the job. Our insurance company wanted to only replace a section of the roof, but we had a full replacement option with our coverage. Colby and ET Restorations helped by getting me connected with a 3rd party independent inspector who fought for us. This company is outstanding! I had a roof leak, called them, they were there that afternoon, and repaired the leak. They arrived on time, were polite, professional, courteous and got the job done correctly. Five stars!!! I will absolutely call them in the future for any roofing needs!
We just had a new roof put on and wanted to recommend Kody Ledbetter at ET Restorations and his team if you're in the market and need a new roof as well. Kody has been extremely attentive, easy to reach and work with, accommodating and so professional throughout the whole process. We highly recommend using ET Restorations!
I had a tree fall and mess up a few shingles on my roof. I called ET Restorations and they put a tarp up the next day, then walked me through the insurance process. My roof was installed in one day and done extremely well.
Absolutely without question the poorest customer service I've experienced with a company. It took them 3 months to complete the roof replacement gutter replacement and internal leak repair. The roof was completed in one day. The follow up to complete the job took three months no communication from the company. I had to facilitate all communication on a weekly basis. Excuse after excuse. Both employees who started my job quit after because of how poor the communication and follow up was. Steer clear of this company. Horrible... read more
