I, like many of the eastern shore, had some wind damage that ripped off/peeled back many of my shingles in February. I knew I needed a roof decently soon so I started to get some quotes. After talking with Dallas, a local Eastern Shore Goldstone Rep, I decided to go with them. Dallas made the entire process easy, from immediately returning my calls, to answering my hundreds of texts, to stopping by throughout the process on his way home to ensure we were happy. Working with Goldstone was an excellent experience. Billy Kauffman was super knowledgeable, professional and promp. This company operates under obvious high standards and Billy and crew represent this from start to completion. My roof looks amazing and has added a great deal of not only curb appeal, but value with this investment. I highly recommend Goldstone!!!
Nick was awesome to work with. He made my roof replacement experience super easy and stress free. He helped me handle things with my insurance and advised me on the best materials to select for my roof. He checked in consistently throughout the process until the end. The repair team was great and finished in one day. Nick came by to check on things as well. I referred him to my neighbors and one of them got their roof done with Nick and had them same great experience.
We had an excellent experience with Goldstone Contracting! From start to finish, the entire process was stress-free. Jake, the owner and sales representative, was professional, respectful, and kept up clear communication every step of the way. They worked seamlessly with State Farm, which made everything even easier. Jake guided us through every decision — from picking the color of the shingles to upgrading the gutters to better fit the size of our house. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure to clean... read more
My father recently had his roof replaced by Goldstone Contracting. The men did an excellent and efficient job of installing the roof and they left the property as clean and pristine as before they began the job. Billy Kauffman was a pleasure to work with as he took us through each step of the process. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and followed up on each step in a very timely manner. He provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in replacing or repairing their roof... read more
