Great experience with Georgia Home Windows. Dwight was excellent with evaluation and quote on replacing 19 windows in a home being renovated. Took 3 weeks for windows to arrive and they were installed in 2 days. Work was very neat and windows look great. The installers even made an extra trip back to the house to close and lock latches on older windows that were not replaced. Great customer service and quality work along with competitive pricing.
Dwight and team were responsive through the entire process, easy to work with and committed to good quality work. We replaced all our windows and had them build two three season porches. One broken window and lock was no match for them as they were right out to replace and fix it. Overall a great experience. The pricing was appropriate for the value we received.
We're a few weeks into our new windows and so far, everything is great. I can't tell you how beautiful our windows look over the older ones we'd had for years. We had some unique larger windows and the team really did a great job of installing the new ones. We had needed windows for a few years now and the quotes we were getting were outrageous. Dwight and team were extremely professional. They kept us updated throughout the process. The arrived on time, did a window removal and new install extremely fast. Everything fit perfectly. They also did an exceptional job cleaning after themselves.
Dwight came out with options on our 16 windows that needed to be replaced. He was very nice and explained everything very clearly. I am a person that goes with my gut feeling and he wasn’t pushy and he put us at ease with the decision. I purchased the windows and the crew that came out was amazing.
