So happy I said yes to Gateway. Aremus provided incredible customer service, which began the moment I opened my door. He called the insurance Company for me which made that piece a breeze. He was very thorough with the process, answering all my questions and helping me chose the best color of roofing to compliment my home. Jake was amazing to work with from start to finish. He made the entire insurance process so easy and was able to get my roof replacement fully covered through insurance. The shingles they used even helped lower my homeowners insurance, which was an added bonus I wasn’t expecting! They also replaced my gutters, and everything looks great. Highly recommend! Had a fantastic experience with Gateway for my parents' roof replacement. Tyler M. was our contractor, and he handled the entire process flawlessly. He made everything incredibly easy to understand and guided us every step of the way. The quality of work was excellent and my parents are thrilled with their new roof.
