I'm staying at a dear friends house while she is away from New Port Richey, FL. The hot water heater burst and Florida's Elite Resoration sent a team to the rescue. I had complete peace of mind knowing Tyler, Kaleb, and Kanyon were overseeing the dryout and restoration process. They were all very professional and courteous. They text in advance of moisture inspections and are flexible with visits. Start to finish it took 5 days and it was well worth the wait! Great job by this company.

The best company we have ever worked with. We never had a water leak, mold, or even opened a home insurance claim. It's never nice to spend money you never planed for but this crew Oliver, Tyler Eady, Tyler Winter and Bryce made the process simless. Removal and disposal of all kitchen cabinets, Removal of drywall and insulation then eliminating mold and mildew with scrubbing machines. Treating framing with special paint and clean up were all exceptionally done by this crew. Now mediation completed we can move on to remoulding the kitchen back to It's original glory. They did an awesome job matching the drywall texture and paint. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately and resolved. Great communication from beginning to end. Shout out to Luca, Briseis & Daniel. They were all wonderful to work with.
