I would highly recommend First Class General Contracting. Hurricane Milton did a lot of damage to my roof. Nick went way above in talking with my insurance adjuster. Nick and his crew were timely and extremely professional. My new roof looks amazing! They do exceptional work and I would definitely hire them again.
Our roof was impacted by Milton, and I show First Class truck in my neighborhood, and spoke with Nick (owner), very pleasant experience talking to him. He stopped by and looked at my roof, he put the tarp on and was available to insurance adjuster at their given time. I have been getting several roof quotes for a repair from hurricane Milton. Out of all the quotes Nick (First class) was the only guy who gave us honest/thoughtful feedback. All the other companies only offered a re-roof quote even though the section damaged was minimal and our roof is only 5 years old. Nick from First Class gave options to fit our budget/circumstances. Had Nick come out to asses the damage to my roof after the storms . He was very knowledgeable and honest to what I needed to get my roof back in shape . He let me know that I didn't have enough damage for a claim and gave me a more than fair price to repair my roof . Once he completed the project and we discussed the advantages of gutters and how they would keep the water from my foundation. Nick and team at First Class were amazing! After the hurricane damaged our soffit, Nick came out same day to quote and had the work complete by the end of the week. Nick went over and above with his attention to detail and making sure they upgraded components so the soffit was properly connected. We would highly recommend.
