Josh and Jaime are awesome! They are the best at what they do. We had a water heater pipe burst and they were here in 30 minutes. Can’t say thanks enough for getting the water under control in a quick manner. Don’t use anybody else but these guys if you have water damage in your house, basement, etc.

To start - Jamie came out to do an initial assessment and provide details on the process, although young, he sold a solid service and took the time to inform us of all the details without being overwhelming. We really liked that EWD had a fancy floor drying mat for the hardwoods that other companies did not seem to have. We believe that our new floors were preserved because of this. If my wife and I could give this company more than 5 stars we would! Josh and his team made us feel like our house was a priority from start to finish. They worked with us and our insurance company so we had NO out of pocket costs! Dealing with a flooded home is stressful. We called Emergency Water Damage on a Saturday night around 8pm. They were at my house in less than an hour. I could not have been more pleased with the prompt, professional and trustworthy service I received from Emergency Water Damage. I was unfortunately impacted by Hurricane Helene. They showed up the same day that I called them to assess the damage to my condo and continued to be in constant communication with me until the job was fully complete. They made an unfortunate situation a seamless process and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking their service.

I have been using Josh and his team for several years now. Every client that has called us because of water damage has been referred to these guys. Every job is thoroughly dried and clean when they leave. Earlier this year when my dad’s ice maker flooded his kitchen I got Josh and Jaime on it immediately. They were prompt and professional from beginning to end. Thank you for taking care of my parents.
