Josh and Jaime are awesome! They are the best at what they do. We had a water heater pipe burst and they were here in 30 minutes. Can’t say thanks enough for getting the water under control in a quick manner. Don’t use anybody else but these guys if you have water damage in your house, basement, etc.

Josh and his Team are superheroes! The issues underneath my house were deteriorating at an alarming rate, and I was impressed by his ability to mobilize so quickly and mitigate the damage before it became irreversible. Beyond just the speed, Josh has an incredible eye for detail—he immediately identified the true source of the problem and uncovered several hidden issues I hadn’t even noticed. I’ve referred this company on a number of occasions to clients with emergency water damage needs. They are always professional, provide top notch customer service and there’s no one I’d rather follow as a restoration contractor myself. There knowledge and workmanship is second to none in the industry. Josh, Jamie and Brandon provide fast service and take the fear out of what to do if you have a loss. If ever you are in need, don’t hesitate to reach out to them. They’ve assisted me and my entire family in time of need.

I could not have been more pleased with the prompt, professional and trustworthy service I received from Emergency Water Damage. I was unfortunately impacted by Hurricane Helene. They showed up the same day that I called them to assess the damage to my condo and continued to be in constant communication with me until the job was fully complete. They made an unfortunate situation a seamless process and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking their service.

Josh and crew at Emergency Water Damage are the absolute best. In an emergency, you need a company like this to answer the phone, show up quick, act professional, and know what they're doing... That is Emergency Water Damage! Josh answered while on another job, was able to send one of his guys out almost immediately, and communicated throughout the whole process until the job was done. We will always have their number saved for the unfortunate time in need. Thanks EWD!
