Josh and Jaime are awesome! They are the best at what they do. We had a water heater pipe burst and they were here in 30 minutes. Can’t say thanks enough for getting the water under control in a quick manner. Don’t use anybody else but these guys if you have water damage in your house, basement, etc.

Josh was our representative, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive during a stressful situation. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was handled quickly and thoroughly. To start - Jamie came out to do an initial assessment and provide details on the process, although young, he sold a solid service and took the time to inform us of all the details without being overwhelming. We really liked that EWD had a fancy floor drying mat for the hardwoods that other companies did not seem to have. We believe that our new floors were preserved because of this.
