Josh and Jaime are awesome! They are the best at what they do. We had a water heater pipe burst and they were here in 30 minutes. Can’t say thanks enough for getting the water under control in a quick manner. Don’t use anybody else but these guys if you have water damage in your house, basement, etc.

We had a great experience with this water mitigation company from start to finish. Josh was our representative, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive during a stressful situation. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was handled quickly and thoroughly. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care. Highly recommend this company—and especially Josh—if you ever need water mitigation services.

Josh and his Team are superheroes! The issues underneath my house were deteriorating at an alarming rate, and I was impressed by his ability to mobilize so quickly and mitigate the damage before it became irreversible. If my wife and I could give this company more than 5 stars we would! Josh and his team made us feel like our house was a priority from start to finish. They worked with us and our insurance company so we had NO out of pocket costs! Dealing with a flooded home is stressful. We called Emergency Water Damage on a Saturday night around 8pm. I could not have been more pleased with the prompt, professional and trustworthy service I received from Emergency Water Damage. I was unfortunately impacted by Hurricane Helene. They showed up the same day that I called them to assess the damage to my condo and continued to be in constant communication with me until the job was fully complete.
