Economy Roofing and Restoration was fantastic to work with. From the very start of the project to the very end, the communication was great, everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I have dealt with soooo many contractors in the past but Economy has set themselves apart from the rest. They did our roof, skylights, and replaced all of the gutters. It looks fantastic! We hired Economy Roofing when we had roof damage from a storm. This company came recommended from a friend. The company came to our residence to check out the damage, provide the necessary paperwork to file a claim with our insurance company. The process was done in a timely manner and with professionalism. Once the insurance company accessed the damages and approved the claim we met the with the project manager Sean Gleason who walked us through the service they would provide to our roof. Economy replaced some very ugly aluminum siding with Hardee board siding and also replaced our roof. Both proved a challenge because of wear and tear and less than quality pre-existing condition. There were no surprises. They showed up when they said they would, the installers were thoroughly professional, courteous, and conscientious. Not the cheapest or most expensive but certainly quality oriented.
Wish I could actually rate their services, but I cannot. The consultant asked to reschedule because of a school issue. No big deal. Things happen. We agreed on 1 pm on Friday. I left work early that day to be here. Hours passed, and nothing. I called the consultant, who informed me that he stopped by earlier that day and would send me an estimate later that day or “Saturday morning at the latest.” So why did we agree on a time if you were able to do it without my being there.
