During the "Great Freeze" of Dec 24, 2022 in Atlanta, we had a building that had a pipe burst. It was a mess. I started making calls the next morning, leaving voicemails hoping someone would call back by the next day. When I got to E and K Restore's number, I heard "hello" when the call connected. A real, live person answered the phone on Christmas. He asked if I could meet a tech there at 7:30 that night. Two days later we were in full demolition mode. It was a wild couple of days. Great service! Contacted them after the December 2022 Frezze. Had burst puppies and water damage had ruined floors walls etc . They were quick and professional. Arrived on time (early actually). Explained process, did demo cleaned up etc. were there a full day. Graciously answered follow up questions re next steps over all process, etc. Would definitely use again or refer them to friends/family.
My experience with E&K was remarkable. They gave me a quick response, walked me thru the process, and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend E&K if you're in need of remediation work.
E&K did an amazing job helping me with the water damage I had. They were fast and efficient. Very satisfied.
