Eric came to my house to install a ceiling fan. I’m so grateful he also took the time to take a look at our electrical panel, because there was water running into it and dangerous amounts of corrosion. He got two more technicians out to my house (Craig and Dean) and they were able to replace the whole panel and restore power to the house same day. That were all very kind, respectful, and competent and left the house better than they found it.
Jacob & Craig did a fantastic job-updating our service & replacing the panel. Completely professional, extremely polite and answered every question (even the dumb ones!) without hesitation.
Nick and Dan were amazing!!!!! They spent a full day here completing numerous things. Tankless Water Heater water softener system, new kitchen faucet, new wash tub and faucet, and several other things. I went with Dream Team because they were so quick to respond to my call. Jacob Weiss was awesome. He arrived ahead of time, was very professional and personable. He worked on three different electrical " projects", did them well and very efficiently. He took the time to explain everything to me. I was very pleased when he found a quick fix to what I thought would be a very complex job. You have a really wonderful staff member in Jacob. Contacting Dream Team and was given approval estimate same day. Liam and Gerry installed my double oven following day. We were very pleased with the efficient job and the personable and pleasant staff from receptionist to techs. We definitely recommend this company.
