The owner is super nice and arranged for quick service per my request. The crew consisted of two guys one young and one older. The younger crewman went into the hard sale immediately to try and secure future work insisting we needed to clear our leach fields and possible have them replaced depending on what they found. As my spouse had been through medical procedure the day before and was very worn out he was not in the mood for the hard sale. Chatta-Rooter responded right away on a Saturday and had John out within a couple hours. He was responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me through this overwhelming situation. You can tell he takes pride in taking care of people. Highly recommend!

I'm really happy with the work done by Chatta-Rooter, and am thankful they were available to help me quickly. A tree grew over my sewer line, and the roots caused a major clog. The team identified the problem, removed the tree, installed a 2-way line & unclogged everything in one day. They were professional and took care to clean up after the job. Highly recommend!
