I have nothing but good things to say about this company, and Taylor, the man who runs it. I am on the Board at our condo community, and any time we have an issue (frequently as we have a number of entry gates that are aging), he responds so quickly, and usually is out in the next day or two. This is so helpful in keeping our community secure. He also helped us design a gate system for the back of our property. I would highly recommend.

I contacted Atlanta Entry Systems because our driveway gates malfunctioned. Taylor was knowledgeable about our system and he was clear and transparent about the work and services provided, including a service call charge and products it might cover. Taylor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, answered all of my questions, made the repairs needed, checked & greased bolts and hinges, etc. All of this was on short notice before a holiday weekend.

This company has their act together. I have called them several times this year to resolve some arcane problems with our call box and gate system. They have responded very quickly and had the knowledge to diagnose on the spot. We were kept well informed of the ordering and delivery of repair parts and they were on site to effect the repairs when they said they would be. I have no hesitation in recommending them for commercial as well as home repair services.

I am so glad we found Atlanta Entry several years ago. Taylor is very responsive to texts and calls. Any problems are dealt with quickly and professionally. I recommend them to anyone for gates and garage doors.
