Air Care experience has been great! Needed a new company to take over my annual maintenance. Larry was wonderful, replaced what was needed and cleaned out everything since I skipped a couple years due to family caregiving. Do NOT ever skip annual maintenance, it is so important and always sign up for the plan to make it more affordable.

My heating and cooling system replacement for my home by Air Care was a pleasant experience from one end to the other. From Ryan Lamping’s advice and accommodation at the beginning to the capable, quality and also accommodating installation crew of Andrew and Cameron at the end. I am very impressed with Air Care Heating & Cooling! They do an incredibly thorough job for a very reasonable price. From the moment I called, Josh answered all of my questions and scheduled a technician (Javier) to inspect our system that same day. Javier is super-nice, very efficient and explained all of the tests he was conducting on the unit. Javier arrived before the scheduled appointment time, which I greatly appreciated. He was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to throughout the visit. Being bilingual was also a plus, as it helped make communication clear and comfortable. Todd was amazingly patient and thorough and helped to confirm that the heat strips on my two Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ducted heat pumps did not work. I spent the past 2+ years telling my original installer that, and it seems they just kept blowing me off. Todd was able to determine that one of the heat strip units was not even hooked up!
