Worked with Larry with Air Care to replace a UV air filter lamp. He completed this job without issue and advised us of options on a separate hot water heater issue. The options were greatly appreciated and allowed us to take a “wait and see” approach. Because of this, we will definitely keep Air Care as our number one option for future HVAC and water heater needs. Thus far we’ve had great success with all of their technicians.

Todd was amazingly patient and thorough and helped to confirm that the heat strips on my two Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ducted heat pumps did not work. I spent the past 2+ years telling my original installer that, and it seems they just kept blowing me off. Todd was able to determine that one of the heat strip units was not even hooked up! The other one is still a work in progress as I was already planning on upgrading from a non-communicating zone board to a fully communicating one by Airzone. Excellent HVAC company. I expected the tech to take 20 mins check out system and leave! This tech, Todd Bennett deserves a raise and a bonus. He took his time and did an incredible job explaining to us what he was checking and thoroughly making sure our units were safe and in good working condition. I have zero stress about the units going down in 100 degree heat ! Thank you Todd and team!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Larry Donnici! Larry was gracious in providing answers and information regarding our HVAC system in our new home. We asked a number of questions and Larry provided much information we can use to keep us comfortable. Larry was professional and knowledgeable.
